Climate-neutral modern vacation apartment with dream view and sun terrace for 2 people, approx. 65m²
From spring 2023, we will produce 85% of our annual electricity requirements ourselves using solar power.
Thanks to a battery storage system, solar power can also be used at night and power outages of a few hours can be bridged. Instead of oil, we heat the house with wood pellets.
Part of the hot water is still produced by the solar system on the roof.
In future, we will use electric cars for our own business trips. Compared to the previous year, this will allow us to save over 90% CO2: Modern vacation apartment with dream view for 2 people, approx. 65m2, large living/dining room, bedroom with double bed, dining table with 4 seats.
Modern fitted kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine, stove and oven, bright barrier-free bathroom with daylight and floor-level shower.
Just the right place to relax after a busy day at the trade fair or an intensive day in Basel.
Quietly located, away from the hustle and bustle and noise, the nearby surroundings invite you to take a walk. During your stay, the apartment is at the exclusive disposal of the guests. After a brief conversation and handing over the keys at the beginning, the apartment can be used. Guests have their own access to the apartment and live in it alone on the first floor.
