Located in Gengenbach, the barrier-free holiday flat 'Im Graben' with step-free access and interior design offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The 84 m² accommodation consists of a living room with two sofa beds, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and thus offers space for 6 people.
Facilities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a Smart TV with streaming services, a fan, washing machine, tumble dryer, children's books and toys.
A baby cot and high chair are also available.
This holiday home has a private covered terrace for relaxing evenings.
The apartment has internet-enabled TV with RoKu stick, so all streaming services are available and you can watch all the channels you want. Public transport links are located within walking distance and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk. The property is located in a beautiful old town with lovingly renovated half-timbered houses. All daily necessities are within walking distance.

Die größe der Wohnung plus Ausstattung und Terrasse war sehr gut..Und die Gastgeber waren sehr nett..und die süße Katze Merlin auf der Terrasse
Das der Parkplatz zu weit weg entfernt von der Wohnung ist,
Für Rollator und Rollstuhl im Mist wenn es gewittert regnet und man erst daa Auto holen muss zum umsetzen..da bringt eine Barrierefreiheit der Wohnung auch nix..leider..auch kein Vordach..wenn man den Schlüssel aus der Safebox holen muss..war..sehr nass

Schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung mit allem was man im täglichen Urlaubsalltag benötigt.
Tolle Gastgeberin die sich um alle Formalitäten (z.B. Touristikbüro) kümmert, und stets erreichbar war,
