One of the few holiday villas in Palma, surrounded by a large garden shaded by pine trees and just steps from the sea. Located in the residential area of Cala Estancia, it offers something rare in Mallorca's capital: a private saltwater pool by the sea, a remarkable variety of beaches right on the doorstep catering to all tastes, and effortless accessibility.

It sits in the sunniest part of the outdoor area, with several lounge spaces surrounding it—some with sea views—and a warmly lit dining area with a BBQ, ideal for al fresco dinners.
The 300 m² villa is spread over two floors and accommodates up to 7 guests: a spacious, bright, and cosy living room with a fireplace in the sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer, while upstairs bedrooms open onto terraces with sea views.

Salzwasserpool und Größe des Hauses
Man hört jedes Flugzeug!! Hätte nicht gedacht, dass es so nervtötend ist.
Die komplette Bepflanzung entlang des Pools ist krank und sieht wirklich unglaublich schrecklich und vertrocknet aus.
Verstaubte Weihnachtsdekoration im Sommer auf der Küchenanrichte… 6 neue Gläser inklusive Preisschildern im Schrank
