In Playa Blanca, the villa Victoria - Marina Rubicon with step-free access and interior offers an excellent view of the Atlantic.
The 2-storey property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 7 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine as well as beach/pool towels.
This property features a private outdoor area with a heated pool, garden, covered terrace, 2 balconies, and a barbecue.

Superb villa in a superb location. Close to the marina.

The locality of the villa. Short 20 minute stroll to the marina and the superdino supermarket is literally across from the villa. Nice fruit and refreshments left in the villa for when we arrived. The hot tub is an added bonus. Good communication with the host. Everything was as described.
The bathrooms could do with an update. No walk in shower.
