Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 95 m² house in Port-Vendres is less than a kilometre from the port and 3Km from Collioure beach and can accommodate up to 7 people.
It has a lovely 30 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 180 m² garden.
Sheets and towels are extra - we're waiting for you! The accommodation comprises A half floor with : - A rest area / games room 1st floor: - A 30 m² living room with sofa, TV and dining area - A fully-equipped, open-plan kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc. A half-floor with : - Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140x190) - A separate WC Half floor with : - Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x190) - Bedroom 3 : with a double bed (140x190) and a single bed (90x190) - A bathroom with bath For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron. Outside: - A 5 m² front terrace with furniture to make the most of fine weather - A 10 m² rear terrace - A 10 m² loggia with furniture for enjoying fine weather - A lovely, private, enclosed, south-facing garden of 180 m². The house is ideally located in Port-Vendres, in a very pleasant environment.
Nearby, you can enjoy all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, the market... Activities : - Oli beach 800m away - La Jetée beach, 1 km away - Paulille beach 3 km away - Place Castellane petanque ground - Tennis court next to the stadium - Sports hall next to the stadium - Boat trip - Visit Collioure on the little tourist train - Various museums Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in front of the accommodation. As for other modes of transport, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Nearest train station: Port-Vendres 700 m away (10 min walk) - Nearest airport: Perpignan 42 km away (45 min by car) - Bus service to Perpignan and surrounding area Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). Le Coquillage Bleu Very nice and spacious house with a sunny terrace and a fresh garden and patio. 5-10 minutes to the harbor of Port-Vendres. Very nice and authentic city with much less tourists than collioure. Very good communication with Evelyne who is solution oriented and helped make the best of our stay.
