Living/dining room with TV and sofa bed, internet access, fitted and equipped open-plan kitchen, a sleeping area with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a bathroom, and a separate toilet.
Wi-Fi included and bed linen provided.

The new Menton Garavan port and the Quai des Sablettes have been redeveloped, offering numerous shops, restaurants, private beaches, water sports, fitness trails, and live entertainment. - Check-in time: every day from 4 [hidden] / Except Sundays. - Check-out time: Before 10 [hidden] - Deposit returned 15 days after your departure. *Cleaning: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied. Glass bottles should be placed in the city in the designated containers.
Failure to comply with these instructions will result in an additional charge of €45 per hour, including tax. The following are the rates for optional towels: - Towel Kit for 1 person: €12 / - Towel Kit for 2 people: €15 (Reserve 72 hours before your arrival).
