Living/dining room with TV and sofa bed, internet access, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a sleeping area with a double bed (140 x 190 cm), a shower room, and a separate toilet.
WIFI is included, and bed linen and towels are provided.

The newly renovated Menton Garavan port and the Quai des Sablettes offer numerous shops, restaurants, private beaches, water sports, fitness trails, and live entertainment. - Check-in time: Every day from 4:00 PM / Except Sundays - Check-out time: Before 10:00 AM - Security deposit refunded 15 days after your departure. *Cleaning: We require that the trash, refrigerator/freezer, and dishwasher be emptied. Glass bottles must be taken to the designated recycling containers in town. Failure to comply with these instructions will result in an additional charge of €45 (including VAT) per hour.
