The holiday apartment Col Di Metino in Gualdo Tadino is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday with a mountain view.
The 3-storey property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with shower) and a dependance equipped with its own kitchen and bathroom.
It can therefore accommodate 7 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a fan as well as a washing machine.

The apartment is part of a typical mountain house immersed in nature and situated 150 m from a park with a public swimming pool, 4 km from mountain lakes, 25 km from Gubbio, 34 km from Assisi, 35 km from Spello, and 70 km from Fano.
The location is the ideal starting point for trekking and walking tours. A parking space is available on the property. Families with children are welcome. 1 pet is permitted. Osteopathic massages, excursions, and piano concerts can be organized upon request (for a fee).
