In Arenzano, the holiday apartment La Finestra Sul Mare offers you an excellent view of the Ligurian Sea.
The 80 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 6 people.
Additional amenities include a TV, 3 fans, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, and a cot available on request.
The accommodation does not have air conditioning.
The holiday home features a private balcony, ideal for relaxing in the evening. The property is located 2 minutes on foot from a supermarket and pharmacy, and 5 minutes on foot from tandem and rickshaw rental, playgrounds, beach volleyball, basketball, five-a-side football and bocce courts; 3 playgrounds for children, a diving center, public parks hosting events and concerts, the pedestrian area of the center, a cinema, and bathing establishments.
Furthermore, the train station is about 10 minutes away on foot. Please note that cars cannot park on the street of the property: you may stop briefly to unload luggage, but not park.
The nearest public parking is about 50 meters away (available for an extra fee), while the nearest free public parking is 250 meters away.
To reach the entrance, there are about 15 typical Genoese steps. Pets are not allowed, smoking and parties are not permitted.
