Stay in a separate T3 unit within a large house, with a complimentary first breakfast on arrival.
This fully independent accommodation features three bedrooms, a bathroom, and a WC with a macerator (to be used only with toilet paper).
The kitchen is fully equipped for your needs, and bed linen and towels are provided for your comfort.
The three-bedroom unit is located in the basement area, but each bedroom has a window.
You will also have access to a large shared veranda with a lounge area and a fitness room, available only if the upper floor has not been privatized (which is very rare).
The shared garden offers a relaxing space with outdoor furniture, a pergola, sun loungers, a plancha grill, and play equipment for children.
The house consists of four independent units.
If you rent the entire property, the house can accommodate up to 18 guests.
Free street parking is available, and you can reserve a space in the secure courtyard parking for an extra fee, as well as request a baby cot free of charge (to be confirmed before arrival).
The property has a private entrance with a key and key box for easy check-in.
For your security, the exterior is equipped with a video surveillance system.
Please make sure to lock your unit and the veranda when leaving the premises.

Nombre de couchages importants qui permet un séjour en groupe.
L'endroit était propre, bien équipé et situé dans un quartier calme.
Les informations du loueur étaient précises et un guide est disponible dans le logement.
