Great location in the heart of La Spezia right near the port. The host was great, responds quickly to communication and gave us great advice on things to do and places to eat. The only thing missing in the flat is a sitting area of some sort, if you are going to be there for a while.

This property was well maintained with great communication with the host. There are 3 things I would like to point out so others won’t be surprised. First the apartment is up two stories. This could be an issue for some. No elevator and steep stairs. Second it states on site parking. The parking is ...
