La villa si trova nel più bel quartiere di Comiso, quartiere residenziale tranquillo ed elegante.
C'è un ampio giardino dove è possibile fare giocare i bambini, usufruire della piscina nei mesi estivi e usare il barbecue.
L'interno è arredato con gusto con materiali nuovi.
Giampiero è stato gentile e disponibile.
