Enjoy a spacious two-bedroom apartment in the sought-after Impératrice district, facing the ocean in the historic "Le Carlton" building.
This 70 m² apartment accommodates 4 to 5 guests and offers stunning ocean views, just 50 meters from the beach.
You are 200 meters from Saint Charles district with its many shops, and the center of Biarritz is only 5 minutes away via the free shuttle at the Palais stop.
A seaside exit gives you direct access to Avenue Édouard 7 and the Grande Plage, only 100 meters away. The apartment features two bedrooms with twin beds that can be joined as doubles, plus a third bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, and washing machine.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower.
Bed linen and towels are provided.
Three TVs with streaming platforms are available.
The residence offers a service elevator for step-free access from the luggage area.

Die Lage ist absolut perfekt, das alte Gebäude sehr schön saniert.
Das Appartement liegt direkt an der alten Haupthalle des ehemaligen Hotels, beim Frühstücken mit offener Türe zur Halle fühlt man sich ins 19. Jahrhundert zurückversetzt. Die Halle ist dann praktisch ein erweitertes Wohnzimmer.
Die Einrichtungen in der Küche sind alle vom Feinsten, Waschmaschine und Trockner ebenfalls vorhanden.
Leider läßt sich das Appartement nicht gut lüften, da im Wohn/Essbereich keine Fenster sind und man praktisch entweder durch ein kleines Küchenfenster oder durch die Haupthalle hindurch lüften müßte.
In einem der beiden Schlafzimmer gibt es nur ein kleines Fenster in 1,5 m Höhe, im anderen ein norma...
