- Bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet.
Upstairs:
- Bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), mezzanine storage.
Beautiful apartment with a spacious terrace furnished with garden furniture – Parking space #35 in the residence.
One small pet under 10 kg is welcome. The residence features a private swimming pool open from May 1st to September 30th, from 8:30 am to 9:00 pm. An underpass provides direct access to the beach within the residence.
Public tennis courts are located nearby. Parties and excessive noise are strictly prohibited. Towels and bed linen are not provided. We work with a laundry service that can supply your laundry needs; please ask us for the laundry form. End-of-stay cleaning is optional and will be confirmed with the agency based on our schedule.

From October 31st to March 31st, water and electricity consumption will be billed at the actual rate: €4/m³ and €0.2516/kWh, respectively, after meter readings upon arrival and departure.
