A charming house, set in private gardens, this villa has been converted into 4 attractive apartments.
It is an ideal base for a family or friends who want to explore the beautiful Italian lakes. The apartment is in a very convenient location, with everything that Lake Garda has to offer on the doorstep.
Just 400m from the lake shore and close to local shops and cafés. For dog owners, there is a dog park 3 minutes away.
It is an ideal choice for friends or family who want to explore the lakes and surrounding countryside. This apartment is on the ground floor and sleeps 4 people in comfort. The open-plan kitchen/dining area has double French windows which open directly onto the garden.
Indoors there is a dining table for 4 people, a flat-screen TV and a modern kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, fridge/freezer and moca coffee pot, making self-catering a breeze. For outside dining, there is a second table and chairs for meals al fresco. Sleeping arrangements Bedroom 1: The airy master bedroom has a double bed, which can be separated into 2 single beds, a chest of drawers and a large wardrobe. Bedroom 2: The second bedroom has a bunk bed and a large wardrobe. Bathroom The modern bathroom has a full bath with a shower head, basin, bidet and WC. Additional Services: • Free Wi-Fi • Smart TV • Air conditioning • Central heating • Outside dining • Private garden • Hairdryer • Shared washing machine • Child friendly • Waste disposal • Public parking (20mts from the house), car recommended. The town of Sirmione can be reached in 5 minutes by car, while the lovely Desenzano del Garda is only 12 minutes by car. For self-catering, Sirmione market takes place on Monday and Friday (mornings only). This is the ideal place to pick up the very best local ingredients. Visitors of all ages can spend a fun-filled day at one of the nearby theme parks (Gardaland and Movieland, 30 minutes away by car). There are also windsurfing schools close by on the lake and a boat hire centre just 10 minutes away. Our service charge is inclusive of final cleaning, bed linen, towels, heating, utilities & air-conditioning (if installed in the property). Tea towels & beach towels are not supplied.
