This 34 m² property features a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and an extra toilet, comfortably accommodating up to six guests.

It’s just a 5-minute walk to the ski slopes and 2 minutes to the Albiez sledding run. Shops and restaurants are nearby, and the shuttle stop is a 2-minute walk away.
Free street parking is available. This quiet apartment is on the top floor of a residential building, accessible only by stairs (the chalet is at the top of the residence). The owner is happy to provide more information about activities in Albiez. A maximum of two pets is allowed (an additional deposit is required). Smoking and events are not permitted.
