The 90 m² apartment has a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (2x master bedroom, 1x children's bedroom) and a bathroom with shower and bathtub and toilet, as well as another separate toilet.
The facilities also include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a workstation for home office, 3 flat-screen TVs, a washing machine, a wood-tiled stove and a balcony with a fantastic view of Lenzkirch.
In addition, a baby cot and high chair are available, as well as a children's playground for common use in the garden. Enjoy the shared outdoor area with a garden and playground. Public transport links are located within walking distance and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk. 2 parking spaces are available on the property. Sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wohnung war sehr sauber, sehr schön eingerichtet und top ausgestattet.
Von allem Gebrauchsmitteln wie Toilettenpapier, Spülmittel, Handseife, Kaffee, Tee, etc. war schon vorhanden.
Sehr schön und gemütlich ist auch der Ofen. Auch...
