Located on the ground floor, it consists of a lovely 625 sq ft living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area, a bathroom, and a small 8 sq ft garden.

The accommodation is composed as follows: - A 58 m² living room with a double sofa bed (130x190), TV, and dining area - A fully equipped kitchen with: electric kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and pods available, oven, microwave, toaster, hotplates, etc. - A sleeping area with a pull-out bed that can be converted into a queen-size bed - A bathroom with shower - A separate toilet Outside: - A small garden of around 8 m² with furniture for enjoying sunny days The T1 bis is ideally located in Cannes, in a very pleasant environment.
You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Transportation: If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in a private cul-de-sac (subject to availability). For other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful: - Nearest train station: Cannes, 1.5 km away - Nearest airport: Nice-Côte d'Azur, 28 km away Other comments: - The accommodation is ideal for 2 adults/2 children or 3 adults/1 child. - Reversible air conditioning throughout the accommodation. - Sheets and towels included. - Free Wi-Fi available. - Pets are allowed in the accommodation free of charge. - End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors.

War alles super. Mann hat alles was man braucht und war auch alles sehr sauber. Schöne ruhige Lage, nicht weit weg von strand und Sehenswürdigkeiten.Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich.

La Succulente "Excellent séjour à Cannes ! Réservé à la dernière minute mais nous n’avons pas du tout été déçus.
Arrivée accueillante, place de parking dans la rue, terrasse ombragée, commerces à proximité et plage accessible à pied.
Tout était parfait ! Nous recommandons !"
