This holiday home features a shared open terrace in front of the house, perfect for relaxing evenings.
Public transport is just a 2-minute walk away and can be used free of charge with the Echt-Bodensee Card. Important information for group bookings or large families: The apartments "Apartment in der Stube" on the ground floor, "Apartment Auszeit" on the first floor, and "Suite Heustadel" on the second floor are connected by internal stairs and can be combined.
You can book the entire half of the house or, for example, "Apartment Auszeit" with "Suite Heustadel." There are 11 parking spaces in total.
The basement has an e-bike charging station.
Up to three dogs are allowed for an extra charge.
Smoking and parties are not permitted.
The entrance door is under video surveillance.

Our time in the apartment was great! The region and restaurants around were perfect! We were happy to be welcomed by Sebastian and his family. They shared ideas about what to do. The house has a common kitchen and dining area with many amenities (Coffe, wine, juices, etc.), and overall everything was wonderful!
