Villa Oliva is a spacious, family-friendly holiday home with a private pool and large terraces perfect for sunbathing, as well as more intimate shaded areas to relax and unwind.
The south-facing villa is located at the top of the private residential community of Monte de los Almendros.
This welcoming holiday home has three floors and offers a total of four bedrooms, all suitable for double occupancy, a spacious living room with dining area, an open-plan kitchen, three bathrooms, and a guest toilet.
The villa can accommodate up to eight people.
Three of the bedrooms are located on the top floor, one of which is the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a double bed (1.80 x 2 m).
The other two bedrooms share a family bathroom.
One bedroom has a double bed (1.60 m x 2 m) and one bedroom has two single beds (0.90 m x 2 m).
Two bedrooms have a direct sea view.
The fourth bedroom with two single beds (0.90 m x 2 m) is located on the ground floor and is part of a separate, spacious apartment with its own kitchen, bathroom, and direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool.
The entire middle floor houses a large, bright living room with a beautiful dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
From here, you can step directly onto a large terrace with seating that invites you to enjoy family meals al fresco and take in the stunning views.
On both sides of the living and dining area, there are small terraces with stairs providing access to the pool below.
A barbecue is available in this area for unforgettable outdoor meals.
The heated private pool (8 x 4 m) is surrounded by a large sun deck with plenty of sun loungers and an outdoor sofa set, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the Spanish sun and the panoramic view.
There is a secure, off-road space to park two cars right next to the main entrance.

Grosszügiger Grundriss, wunderschöne Aussicht auf das Meer, auch vom Pool aus. Gut eingerichtet mit allem, was es braucht.Küchengeräte etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Etwas mehr Schattenplätze würden die Unterkunft perfekt machen. Agentur reagiert schnell bei Problemen (Heisswasserversorgung)
