On 75 square metres you will find: - 1 bedroom with double bed - 1 living-dining area with fully equipped kitchen - Microwave, oven, ceramic hob, fridge with separate freezer, capsule coffee machine, air conditioning (hot/cold), Spanish and German TV channels as well as Netflix - Sofa bed that can be used as an extra bed - 1 bathroom with shower - Large, covered veranda with table, chairs and sun loungers - Pool (9 x 5 metres) for shared use with the owners - Use of washing machine possible (available for an extra fee) - Non-smoking accommodation - Separately fenced house with private entrance on a 1500 m² plot, offering plenty of privacy Further information: The holiday home is located in Chiclana de la Frontera, south of the port city of Cádiz, and accommodates 2 people.
Parking is available directly in front of the house.
The well-known beaches La Barrosa and Playa Roche can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. Nearby you will find golf courses, shopping facilities, supermarket, bank, pharmacy, numerous restaurants and a 24-hour emergency clinic.
The neighbouring towns of Conil de la Frontera, Vejer de la Frontera and San Fernando are also quickly accessible.
Children from 10 years old are welcome.

Das Haus ist hochwertig ausgestattet, die Einrichtung ist komplett auch in der Küche und mit technischen Geräten, großes Doppelbett, die Eigentümer sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit - auf dem gleichen Grundstück lebend auch immer ansprechbar bei Fragen
Leider gibt das Wohngebiet nicht die Möglichkeit für Spaziergänge in der Natur her. Hinweis: man sollte Hunde mögen, denn die sind sehr präsent auf dem Grundstück
