This independent, very bright and spacious house is surrounded by a fully enclosed, landscaped private garden of 600 m².
Located 3 km from Paimpol, shops and beaches, it offers a large 60 m² living area with lounge, kitchen and veranda, as well as three bedrooms. On the ground floor: one bedroom with twin 180 cm beds, bathroom with large shower and WC. Upstairs: two bedrooms, one with a 140 cm bed and the other with two 90 cm beds that can be joined, washroom and WC.
The beds will be made upon your arrival. Your dog is welcome and I can visit him if you wish.
Cats are not allowed, but there is a cat hotel nearby. A cleaning service is available for an extra fee if you do not wish to clean yourselves.
Upon your arrival, the house will be impeccably clean and you are asked to leave it in the same condition; otherwise, an extra charge may apply. Paimpol, a town rich in history and character, is 3 km away.
Perfect for a getaway full of discoveries and visits, you will be immersed in the heart of Breton maritime history in a friendly atmosphere.
The port, in the town center, offers many options for coffee, ice cream, or lunch by the boats. Swimming, culture, nature, festivals, cinema, hiking, horse riding, water sports, sea or river fishing, windsurfing and paragliding are all nearby.
A golf course is 14 km away.
You can hike on the GR 34 at 3 km or enjoy walks in the 600-hectare forest just 200 metres away. - Beach/pool towels Payment 10,00 € per person
