Located just 3 km from the beaches and the center of Paimpol, and only 200 m from a 600-hectare forest, this beautiful 130 m² detached stone house offers all the comfort and space you need for a relaxing stay near the coast.
The owner welcomes you personally. Amenities include fiber Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels.
A free private parking space is reserved for your car. The property features a bright 70 m² open-plan area with a fully equipped modern kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer), a comfortable living room with an HD flat-screen TV and access to various platforms, and a veranda overlooking a landscaped, enclosed 600 m² garden and two terraces with countryside views. There are three bedrooms: on the ground floor, a room with a 180 cm bed (two identical beds) and an en-suite bathroom (shower) with toilet; upstairs, two bedrooms—one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds that can be joined—plus a washroom with toilet. Childcare service and station shuttle are available for an extra charge.
Beach towels can also be provided for an extra charge. Pets: one dog is accepted for an extra charge (no cats). Pet-sitting or visits at the owner's home are available. Electricity is included.
Heating is available; consumption will be calculated based on meter readings, with daily usage included. Just 200 m away, a large forest area invites you for beautiful walks.
Hiking and mountain biking trails are 500 m away.
The GR 34 trail is 2.5 km away.
