The property features a bright 70 m² open-plan area with a fully equipped modern kitchen (dishwasher, fridge/freezer), a comfortable living room with HD flat-screen TV and access to various platforms, and a veranda overlooking a landscaped, enclosed 600 m² garden and a terrace with countryside views.
There are three bedrooms: on the ground floor, one with a 180 cm bed (two identical beds joined) and an en-suite bathroom (shower) with WC; upstairs, two bedrooms—one with a 140 cm bed, the other with two 90 cm beds that can be joined—plus a washroom with WC.
Babysitting and station shuttle are available for an extra charge.
Beach towels can also be provided for an extra charge.
Pets: one dog allowed for an extra charge (no cats).
Electricity is included.
Heating is available; consumption is metered, with a daily allowance included.
