Located in Villanueva Del Arzobispo, the Country House Casa Arroyo Colmenar offers guests a fantastic view of the mountain.
The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen complete with large pots, non-stick pans, and kitchen cloths, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and an additional toilet, accommodating up to 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, air conditioning in the living room, fans in the bedrooms, heating, free firewood for the fireplace, and a washing machine. The Country House features a private outdoor area with a pool (open from April/May until October), a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, and a barbecue.
The host recommends visiting the Parque Natural Sierras de Cazorla, Segura y Las Villas, and the Guadalquivir River.
Five parking spaces are available on the property.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed.
Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.

La casa en sí es sencilla y está fenomenal (camas cómodas, chimenea, baños completos y limpios, cocina completa), pero las zonas exteriores, aunque no las hemos podido disfrutar mucho por el frío, son una pasada: Piscina, tumbonas, barbacoa, paellero y rosco, columpios, red y raquetas de badmiton, acceso directo al río y a un sendero para dar un paseo... preciosa!
Hemos echado de menos alguna balleta para la cocina, una olla grande y alguna sarten que no se pegara...
