Bright apartment in the historic center of Sanremo, La Pigna, just a 5-minute walk from the Ariston Theatre, shops, restaurants, and the harbor.
Please note: the apartment features very steep stairs and an exposed terrace, making it unsuitable for families with children under 10 years old.
The 50 sqm apartment includes a spacious double bedroom, a living room with a single sofa bed and beautiful views over the rooftops and the sea, a large bathroom, and a kitchenette.
An internal staircase from the living room leads to the terrace with sea view. The property accommodates up to 3 guests.
