With unique charm, La Favorita is a two-story villa in Calpe with stunning Mediterranean Sea and mountain views, a large private pool, and spacious gardens for instant relaxation.
Calpe’s sunny climate and mild temperatures make every stay inviting. The villa offers a living room with sofa bed for two, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and two extra toilets, accommodating up to eight guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi with workspace, smart TV with streaming, air conditioning, washing machine, dryer, beach or pool towels, books and toys for children, plus a crib and high chair.
The private outdoor area features a pool, hot tub, garden, open and covered terraces, two balconies, barbecue, and outdoor shower—ideal for enjoying the sun and unwinding. The beach is nearby, and a tennis court is a 15-minute walk away.
There is one on-site parking space and free street parking.
Up to two pets are welcome.
The two floors are connected by an external staircase, with no internal access.
Cameras at the entrance, living room, and basement do not record actively but may activate if the alarm is triggered. During your stay, explore Calpe’s iconic sites: • Pobla Medieval d'Ifac – 13th-century walled settlement • La Muralla Roja – Ricardo Bofill’s colorful 1972 labyrinth • Old Church – 15th-century fortified Gothic-Mudejar temple • Baños de la Reina – Roman villa with mosaics and rock pools • Termas de la Muntanyeta – small thermal complex • Ermita de San Salvador – 18th-century chapel for fishermen • Castellet de Calp – 16th-century watchtower • Casa Nova – fortified farmhouse with cellar and oil mill • Ermita Vella d'Oltà – mountain chapel on the PR-CV 340 trail - Beach/pool towels Payment 10,00 € per person

La maison avais une grande piscine sans vis a vis et au calme, le cuisine extérieur équipée et un plus.
Au bout du quinzième jour de vacances nous avons du appeler car la piscine devenais verte et il n'y avais plus de produit, nous avons eu aussi des cafards, des vers et des souris, le lit du haut etais sûrement rempli d'acariens ou autre. On voit que la maison n'est pas vraiment entretenue, les carreaux de la piscine ce décolle, il y en des petits dysfonctionnements

De villa had een groot zwembad en een buitenkeuken met kookvuur, ijskast, diepvries en barbeque.
2 de week geen onderhoud zwembad.
2 de week slechte WiFi.
Af en toe bezoek van een paar kakkerlakken, die ze wel zijn komen bestrijden in de 2de week met succes.

5 of us have just arrived back after 10 days at the villa. The villa is beautiful and has everything that you need for a relaxing holiday.
The pool is large and not overlooked so very private. Very well equipped kitchens both in the house and outside. Lovely BBQ area. Plenty of room in the villa an...
Location is a bit out from the centre but if you are aware of this before you go it’s not a problem
