Sea-view villa located between Saint Tropez and Le Lavandou, just 250 m from the beach, easily reached on foot.
The villa is accessed by stone steps; the ground floor is on one level.
Upon arrival, you’ll find a wooden terrace (solarium) and a shaded terrace. La Dolce Vita is spread over two floors: on the ground floor, there’s a kitchen, living area, TV corner, and WC. First floor: one air-conditioned double bedroom, one air-conditioned twin bedroom, shower room, and WC. Second floor: air-conditioned double bedroom, shower room, WC, and loggia. The greenway connecting Le Lavandou to Cavalière is just 50 m from the villa, accessible via the main road (speed limit 30 km/h, with pedestrian crossings and speed bumps). Rayol Canadel offers five sandy beaches, the nearest at the entrance to the greenway. Bike shelter and canopy on the fenced property.
Villa Dolce Vita is between St Tropez (25 km) and Le Lavandou (10 km), at the foot of the Corniche des Maures, in the heart of the Gulf of St Tropez, and 2 km from the shops in Rayol village (mini-market, bakery, stores, doctor, pharmacy, post office, restaurant/bar, hairdresser, etc.). Bed linen and towels can be rented for an extra fee. For more information, please contact the host via the booking platform.

Le site et la mer. La qualité de la location avec un souci du détail et de la qualité de l'équipement ménager.
La proximité parfois bruyante de la rue quand on est à l'extérieur,mais il faut y voir l'inconvénient d'un avantage!
Une nouvelle année de canicule en 2026 nécessiterait sans doute une climatisation du séjour,sachant que celle des chambres est remarquablement efficace.
