The apartment is located on the 1st floor and extends to the 2nd floor.
It is less than 20 m to the sea/watt On the 1st floor is: a spacious entrance area with seating - storage space a large, light-flooded shower room with window a comfortably furnished living room with corner sofa and LED TV. a fully equipped kitchenette with many small appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven, ceramic hob, microwave.
The kitchen offers seating for up to 5 people.
On the 2nd floor you will find: a large, light-flooded bedroom with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) a smaller bedroom with 2 single beds (90x200m) a small WC From all rooms you have a fantastic view of the sea and the entire Hallig.
This property features a shared outdoor space with a garden, 8 open terraces, 2 covered terraces, and a barbecue for guests to enjoy.
The property is located 15 m from the swimming seaside area and is accessible directly from the front door.
Moreover, there are mudflat hiking opportunities without creeks right in front of Norderhörn. 7 parking spaces are available on the property.
Families with children are welcome.
A maximum of 2 pets are allowed upon request (for a nightly fee).
Smoking and celebrating events are not allowed.
Beach chairs are provided free of charge. 10 bikes are available for rent (for a fee).
