The balcony is great to catch the evening sun. The coffee filter machine was good. It was quiet most of the time.
The description of the apartment is wrong and inconsistent. There is a lack of attention to detail in the equipment and safety.
It is NOT 60m² (as stated in the description) or even 50m² (as stated in the summary). It is probably just under 30m² including the balcony. It is a tiny apartment with on...
