Located in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer, Villa Cap mer 17 offers a spacious 350 sqm villa accommodating up to 15 guests.
You will find 7 bedrooms with flexible sleeping arrangements including single beds that can be combined into doubles, and 4 bathrooms distributed across three levels.
The ground floor features a private fully-equipped kitchen, dining and living area, plus one bedroom with private bathroom.
Upstairs you will discover 3 additional bedrooms, while the semi-basement level houses 3 more bedrooms with independent showers.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washer, dryer, grill, baby bed, highchair, dedicated workspace, and shared toys and books for children. Step outside to your private south-facing garden with 100 sqm lawn area and trees, featuring both covered and uncovered terraces with a 4 m dining table perfect for group meals.
The private heated outdoor pool measures 4.3 x 2.3 x 1.20 m and is secured for safety.
You will also find a game room with foosball, arcade games, board games, and a small theater for entertainment. Parking accommodates up to 6 vehicles with shared spaces at the property and additional street parking available.
The entrance is gated on a private dead-end street.
Pets are welcome with prior agreement from the owners, and events are not permitted on the property. The villa sits just 1.5 km from the sea, providing convenient beach access.

Super séjour, la maison est bien équipé. On était « seulement » 7 et on a vraiment tout apprécié.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à la villa capmer 17. La maison est parfaite pour un grand groupe et elle est bien équipée. De plus, la localisation de la maison était géniale car tout était à proximité. L’hôte est très sympathique, nous n’avons eu aucun problème. Merci encore pour ces vacances !

We were 8 adults, one 6 year old and one 20 month. Plenty of space for all, clean, well equipped with choice of seating areas. Worried the pool would be too small, but it was perfect. Lots of thoughtful, fun additions such as chalk wall, theatre curtain and games room.
