The holiday home 'Casa Olivera De Farrutx' is located in Son Serra de Marina and is spread over two levels, accommodating up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
The sea is just a 5-minute walk away.
Right in front of the house, you will find a private pool with a terrace. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom for two with an en-suite bathroom, as well as the living room with an open kitchen and dining area.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, oven, fridge, stove, microwave, and coffee maker.
In winter, a pellet stove in the living room provides warmth, and additional electric heaters in the rooms ensure a cosy atmosphere—perfect for stays even during the colder months.
The entire house is air-conditioned and offers Wi-Fi. A staircase leads to the upper floor with three more bedrooms and two bathrooms. Outside, sun loungers and a dining area on the terrace invite you to relax.
From the terrace, you can enjoy sea views.
A barbecue is also available, as well as a washing machine and dryer in the house.
Parking is available on the street right outside the door.

Die Wassertemperatur des Pools war für das Wetter, welches wir zu dem Zeitpunkt hatten, etwas zu kühl.
Vielleicht auch, da die Sonne nur am Vormittag da ist und anschließend der Pool im Schatten liegt.
Die Terasse hat keinen Sonnenschutz- beim Frühstücken etwas unglücklich wegen der Lebensmittel auf dem Tisch.

Das Haus sieht einladend aus und liegt nicht schlecht, knapp 200 Meter vom Meer, mit Meerblick, ABER: der Baustandard lässt zu wünschen übrig. Während unseres Aufenthaltes blies ein sehr starker, kalter Wind vom Meer und es wurde recht schnell kalt im Haus, teilweise gab es Luftzug durch die Fenster...
