Villa Carola is a charming property featuring two independent apartments, each offering access to a shared private pool and hot tub. Elegantly furnished in modern style, the villa provides air-conditioned accommodations with Wi-Fi, spacious living rooms with TVs, fully equipped kitchens, and convenient amenities like a washing machine, refrigerator, oven, and comfortable terraced balconies with covered terraces.
The property also includes two parking spaces. The villa is divided into two separate floors, each with its own private living spaces, but a connecting door can be opened if needed to allow both levels to communicate: First Floor: This level accommodates up to 11 guests, with 4 bedrooms (3 doubles and one room with a bridge closet and 3 single beds), a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. Ground Floor: The ground floor is ideal for 6 guests, with 1 double bedroom, 1 small room with a single bed, and a living room with a sofa bed for 2. There’s also a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the bedroom. Both apartments, together with the other residence across the street inhabited by the owners, have free access to the shared swimming pool and the expansive solarium with a hot tub, deck chairs, outdoor showers, and garden furniture. The outdoor spaces include a private garden, open and covered terraces, a barbecue area, and an outdoor shower, offering a perfect setting for relaxation. - Train station shuttle Payment 50,00 € per ride
