Services and common areas On the fourth day of the stay the house is cleaned and the towels are changed; on the seventh day the house is completely cleaned and the sheets and towels are changed. Other important aspects IMPORTANT: from the 1st of July 2016 the regional government of the Balearic Islands has introduced the Ecotasa (tourist tax) per person per day + VAT.
Children under 16 years of age are exempt.
This amount must be paid in cash.
