Der Parkplatz und der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin, Lage (Markthalle, Arcachon, Touristen Info, Dune du Pilat in der Nähe )
Sauberkeit, Wohnung wirkt abgewohnt, kein WLAN( Teil des Mietpreises wurde uns erstattet),
