Located in Costa Rei, the holiday home Villa Tiziana offers guests a fantastic view of the sea.
The 200 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 8 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine.
A baby cot and a high chair are also available.
This vacation rental features a private outdoor space, including a garden, covered terrace, barbecue, and outdoor shower. The vacation home is within walking distance of Costa Rei beach, with essential services such as a kiosk/bar, restaurants/pizzerias, a supermarket, and an ATM all within a few minutes' reach. 3 parking spaces are available on the property, and free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed (for a fee). Smoking inside the building and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are asked to observe the afternoon and nighttime quiet hours during their stay. Upon request, 2 of the double rooms can be converted into twin rooms with 2 single beds. This property has guidelines to help guests with recycling correct separation of waste.
