There was a problem in th building on the original apartment we booked and Eric seamlessly re-arranged our place to give us an even better apartment with a fabulouus view.
In addition he helped us with a lost cell phone the day of departure which involved his coming to give us a key... He saved my sister considerable travel stress!!

We liked the fact it felt like a home away from home.
As stated in the score it was a good standard and clean both inside and in the hallways.
Also liked the better rate for the Qcarpark close by. The addition of the discount tickets in the flat apposed to having to collect them from your office was a good touch.

The flat was superb - very comfortable and well equipped. The location was really convenient for the city centre. We were concerned in advance that the area might be noisy at night, but that was not the case at all. We were not disturbed once by noise. The rental company was also excellent to deal with. We will definitely be back with this company, and would highly recommend it to others.
