The Villa Mis Raíces, with step-free access both outdoors and indoors, is located in Castilblanco de los Arroyos, within the exclusive La Colina Urbanization, recognized as one of the most outstanding in the region for its unique charm and quality of life.
The 100 m² property consists of a living room with a fireplace, a fully-equipped vintage-retro kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 6 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning, a fan, a washing machine as well as a dryer.
This vacation rental offers an exclusive outdoor space with a pool, garden, open and covered terraces, barbecue, and outdoor shower.
The nearby area offers hiking and cycling routes, Olympic or family-friendly public swimming pools, parks, as well as facilities for playing soccer/petanque/beach volleyball/basketball/tennis.
The village with restaurants, pharmacies, and shops can be reached in 2 minutes by car or 10 minutes on foot.
It takes 40 minutes to get to Seville.
Public transport links are within walking distance of the villa. 10 parking spaces are available on the property, free parking is available on the street, and 4 parking spaces are available in a garage.
This property can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests.
Families with children are welcome.
A maximum of 2 medium-sized pets are allowed (for a fee).
Smoking is not permitted on this property.
Playing ball in the pool area is not allowed.
Check-in is possible from 11 am, and the deadline for check-out is noon.

Villa exceptionnel !!! situé dans une résidence fermée très bien entretenu et calme, le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiquement bien entretenu et grand, nous avons adoré l'espace extérieur surtout les enfants, l'extérieur et l'intérieur de la maison dispose de tout le nécessaire, Climatisation, TV ...
