Bis auf Kleinigkeiten hat uns alles super gut gefallen !
Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass im Sommer oder allgemein bei schönerem Wetter, wenn man die Fenster öffnet oder auf Kippe stellt, die Geräuschkulisse von der Oldenburger Straße ziemlich stört.
Tolle Wohnung, sehr gut eingerichtet, wenn die Hauptstraße nicht wäre

Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen, sehr schöner Wintergarten.
Leider ist die Hauptstraße doch lauter, als erwartet. Daher hat die "Lage" nur 3 Sterne bekommen.
Ansonsten war die Entfernung zum Stadtkern und Park sehr gut.

Da die Wohnung an einer stark befahrenen Straße liegt, ist es leider bei geöffnetem Fenster ziemlich laut
