Opposite the sea at the start of the GR 34 coastal path, this 30 m² ground-floor apartment is the first as you arrive and features a lovely terrace.
You have private access to the park in front of the residence, leading directly to the beach.
Enjoy a desk and high-speed Wi-Fi throughout—ideal for remote work with sea views from the living room.
The apartment is bright all day: the living room and terrace face east/southeast, the bedroom faces south, and the bathroom faces west.
The property offers a spacious living room with sea view, a fully equipped open kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and large closet, and a bathroom with bathtub/shower, washing machine, ironing board, and hairdryer.
You benefit from an 8 m² terrace with table and chairs, a bike/storage room, parking around the residence (occasionally, vehicles may park in front of the terrace), and unlimited fiber internet.
For relaxation, enjoy the Smart TV with movies and series, and a reading corner with books, magazines, tourist guides, and maps. On foot, easily reach the town center, supermarket, shops, market, restaurants, casino, and cinema. Perros-Guirec is known for its beautiful beaches, ideal for walks and water sports. Nearby, discover Ploumanac'h (France’s most beautiful village), Trestraou and Trestrignel beaches, Trégastel’s beaches, the 7 Islands nature reserve by shuttle, Traouiero valley, Mean Ruz lighthouse, sculpture park, and Notre Dame de la Clarté chapel. Direct access to Trestraou beach, water sports center, sailing school, and ferry to the 7 Islands and Bréhat Island. Tourist tax and bed preparation are included.

Sehr herzliche und freundliche Gastgeberin. Apartment mit Blick auf das Meer in sehr guter Lage zum Strand und zum Zöllnerpfad. Wir haben uns in dem liebevoll eingerichteten und gut ausgestatteten Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment ist in jedem Fall eine Empfehlung wert.
