Located facing the sea at the start of the GR 34 coastal path, this ground-floor apartment of 30 m² is the first apartment as you arrive, with a lovely terrace.
You have private access to the park in front of the residence, leading directly to the beach.
Enjoy a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the apartment, ideal for remote working with a sea view, and a view of the beach and its palm trees from the living room.
