Der Blick auf das Meer, der Parkplatz direkt am Haus, die Sauberkeit, die begehbare ebenerdige Dusche, der geschlossene Balkon, wo man auch im Winter mal sitzen und mit Blick auf das Meer einen Kaffee trinken konnte
