Located in Les Issambres facing the Gulf of Saint-Tropez in the Var, Villa La Louisière welcomes you to 150 m² of single-level living space for up to 8 guests.
You will find 4 comfortable bedrooms including a master suite, 2 shower rooms, and a fully equipped kitchen with a separate laundry room.
The villa features air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, and a washing machine.
A baby cot, high chair, and extra pool towels are available on request. Enjoy a swimming pool and a landscaped garden of about 1,500 m² filled with aromatic plants and offering a stunning sea view.
The furnished terraces, both covered and open, surround the outdoor pool overlooking the sea. A barbecue and outdoor shower are provided.
Up to 3 cars can be parked on the property.
One pet is welcome.
Events are not allowed.
A ping-pong table is available.
Tennis and padel courts are a 15-minute walk or 4-minute drive away. The villa has been fully renovated with modern amenities, new bedding, and contemporary furniture.
Board games, books, and yoga mats are available.
Access is entirely step-free.
Please note the decorative fireplace is not functional and must not be used. The villa sits on a hillside facing the sea, with the beach just a 5-minute drive (or a 15–20 minute walk) away, as well as shops, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, bakeries, supermarkets, and both private and public beaches. A contact person is available via the booking platform throughout your stay to assist you. Everything is in place for you to enjoy a comfortable and relaxing Mediterranean holiday.

La villa est très agréable à vivre avec ses 3 chambres de plein pied donnant sur la piscine et une vue imprenable sur la mer. Tristan , notre hôte a été parfait et très réactif à toues nos questions et demandes pendant notre séjour.

Views, pool and privacy
Trade off to privacy and sweeping views is that it is high up in the hills and difficult to walk up to from beach for most people. But, quick 5 min drive to lovely beaches and town

Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und hat einen coolen Pool
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Es hatte nur einen Elektronischen Grill! ( der ist auch Perfekt)
Ein Gasgrill ist die Alternative! Aber das ist meine Auffassung)
