Villa "La Louisière" is a single-storey house in Les Issambres, offering an exceptional sea view near the Gulf of Saint-Tropez, surrounded by greenery.
The 150 m² house features a spacious living room with a sitting area and dining area by the fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a separate laundry room.
There are four bedrooms, including a master suite, a bathroom, two toilets, and an outdoor shower.
The villa has been completely renovated with new bedding, modern appliances, indoor and outdoor furniture, as well as a large TV screen.
It is air-conditioned and equipped with high-speed Wi-Fi, a washing machine, and a baby bed.
The villa opens onto a large terrace around the private pool overlooking the sea, and a garden of about 1500 m² with aromatic plants.
The terrace, partly covered and comfortably furnished, offers a magnificent sea view and a barbecue.
A ping-pong table, board games, books, and a console with screen are also available.
You can park three cars for free.
Hiking trails are directly accessible from the property, including a fitness trail.
The property is close to the sea and a tennis/padel court (5 minutes by car).
Boat rentals, windsurfing, catamarans, and bikes are available nearby, as well as restaurants, bars, private beaches, shops, and two supermarkets just a few minutes away by car.
Several golf courses are located a few kilometers from Les Issambres.
The thalassotherapy center of the Gulf of Saint-Tropez is 5 minutes away by car.
From the port of Les Issambres, 5 minutes by car, you can reach Saint-Tropez by boat shuttle.

Views, pool and privacy
Trade off to privacy and sweeping views is that it is high up in the hills and difficult to walk up to from beach for most people. But, quick 5 min drive to lovely beaches and town

Das Haus ist toll eingerichtet und hat einen coolen Pool
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
Es hatte nur einen Elektronischen Grill! ( der ist auch Perfekt)
Ein Gasgrill ist die Alternative! Aber das ist meine Auffassung)
Haus mit tollem Ausblick!
