The kitchen is fully equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster.
You have access to high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, a TV, washing machine, underfloor heating, a private sauna in the bathroom, and a fireplace with free firewood.
For families, there is 1 travel cot and 1 high chair available. Enjoy your private south-facing balcony with garden views – perfect for relaxing or barbecuing after a day of adventure.
A tennis court is about a 15-minute walk away. You can use a shared parking space at the house and a bicycle storage room.
Bed linen is included, while towels and sauna towels can be booked optionally for an extra charge.
Check-in is easy via self check-in. Please note: Smoking, pets, and parties are not allowed. Thanks to the central location in Karlshagen, you can reach cafés, a bakery, supermarket, restaurants, ATM, train station, and tourist information within 400 m. Die Sauna und der Kamin sind phantastisch. Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Würde ich jederzeit wieder buchen und kann ich bedenkenlos weiterempfehlen.
Tolle Lage für Ausflüge und Aktionen.

Großzügig geschnittener Baustil! Viel Freiraum für mehrere Personen!! Ruhige Lage, sehr gut zum Entspannen und erholen. Großzügige Sauna mit Platz für mehrere Personen!
Leider fanden wir die Betten zu weich - manch einer mag es so!! Für uns leider nicht empfehlenswert!!

Das Ambiente der Einrichtung war hervorragend. Auch der separate Zugang zur Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen. Die Unterstellmöglichkeit für unsere Fahrräder erstklassig. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!!!
Sehr wenig:
Gerne 2 Geschirrhandtücher
Gerne auch 2 Spültücher
Und gerne auch ein Putzmittel, damit man in den 14 Tagen mal die Toilette und Boden reinigen kann.... 😉
