Located in Graveson, Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur, this 55 m² country house comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests over 3 levels.
There are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with a spacious shower.
The fully equipped kitchen features a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, espresso machine, toaster, blender, food processor, and a 4-burner gas stove.
Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, video on demand, washing machine, baby cot, high chair, and homemade olive oil. Enjoy the secure, shaded 3,000 m² garden with a shared outdoor pool and your own private jacuzzi.
The spa is open from May to September.
You also have a private, uncovered terrace, your own barbecue, an outdoor shower, and access to a shared ping-pong table. A shared parking space is available on site.
Pets and smoking are not allowed, and parties are prohibited.
Beach towels are provided for your comfort.
Charging electric vehicles is not permitted on site, but 2 charging stations are available in the village.
A tennis court is a 15-minute walk away. For your safety, a camera monitors the entrance gate and parking area, with video recordings kept for 30 days.
The jacuzzi is not accessible to children under 12.

Das Haus u der Garten sind schön, ruhige Lage, Küche top ausgestattet, neue Klimaanlage sehr gut, Einrichtung schön, Liebe zum Detail, praktisch war die seperate 2.Toilette, sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeber!!
Im Dachgeschoss war die Klinaanlage zu schwach, Pool etwas zu kräftig gechlort

De host Didier en Vivianne zijn er aardig en behulpzaam. Alles is netjes en er ontbrak niet. Onze zoons hebben heerlijk genoten van het zwembad en de jacuzzi. Goede uitvalsbasis om de omgeving te ontdekken.
We had a wonderful stay in a brilliant property.

The house was very comfortable and had a beautiful pool, gardens and hot tub. The hosts were incredibly welcoming and it was lovely to talk with them during our stay. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Provence.
