Information about the host
Mountain hut in a very quiet location in the middle of the natural park Beverin. Ideal for nature lovers and people seeking peace. Traditionally made of wood but slightly modernized inside (kitchen, bathroom). In summer, the outdoor terrace with barbecue invites you to linger in the winter the wide view of the snowy valley and the mountains.
Conditions/extras
The indicated price includes (the following services): - Visitor's fee, bed linen and final cleaning To book optionally: - Bookings with a dog possible (extra charge). More information: - Final cleaning: Please handover the mountain hut broom clean – if not, the owner will charge an additional fee. - Running water: in summer in the hut / in winter not available! - Type of toilet: in summer ordinary toilet (to flush) / in winter outhouse in a barn - Heating of the mountain cottage: with wood & with gas - Mobile phone: mobile reception available / charging socket available - Light is available in safe form - Access in summer: from junction "Lavanos" (shortly before Wergenstein) with a driving permit up to 150m near the hut possible with normal car - Access in winter: only possible up to Wergenstein. From the village the mountain hut can be reached on foot in approx. 60 min (approx. 3 km, 350 altitude difference). Snowshoes are needed for approx. half of the way.

Simple but cosy mountain hut, which offers enough space for 6 people. A bedroom with 4 beds (bunk beds), a living room with sofa bed (2 persons) and wood stove. Well equipped kitchen with wood and gas cooker. Lavabo with running water in the kitchen and in the bathroom. Bathroom with standard toilet (with flush) and shower cabin. Hot water over water heater for washing-up and shower. Solar power with inverter for 220 V.

Als Familie haben wir die Natur genossen, Murmeltiere beobachtet, über dem Feuer draussen gekocht und Ausflüge gestartet. Abends hatten wir elektrisches Licht und es war möglich, warm zu duschen - ein top ausgestattetes Maiensäss.
