Located in San Vicente del Raspeig, the Casa Dakota chalet offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday.
The two-storey property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, six bedrooms and three bathrooms, accommodating up to 11 people.
Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, television and washing machine.
A cot is also available.
This accommodation does not have air conditioning.
The cosy chalet features a private outdoor pool, open terrace, covered terrace and balcony. We recommend visiting the Pantanet 8 restaurant, located less than five minutes' walk from the chalet and known for its excellent cuisine, especially rice dishes.
Parking spaces are available on the premises. Families with children are welcome, but it is recommended that children are always supervised in the pool area.
A maximum of five pets is allowed, and guests are asked not to leave pets unattended on the property.
Smoking and large events with loud music are not permitted.
You are requested to respect the neighbours and their quiet hours.
