The holiday home near Reichsburg Cochem is located in Cochem and is perfect for an unforgettable getaway with your loved ones.
The two-story property features a living room with two sofa beds (each for one person), a kitchen, three bedrooms, and one bathroom, accommodating up to 10 guests.
Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, a washing machine, and a private infrared sauna.
A baby cot is also provided, and the home offers a self-check-in system. Families with children are warmly welcomed.
Public transport is within walking distance, and a tennis court can be reached in about 15 minutes on foot.
The house is just 200 m from the Moselle River and 250 m from the famous Reichsburg in the center of Cochem—a perfect location.
The Klotten wildlife and leisure park, featuring one of Europe’s highest water rides, is only a short drive away. Free public parking is available on the street; there is no parking directly at the house.
Parking garages are available in town, but these can be used for an extra fee. One or two pets are permitted (pets are allowed on request and for an extra fee). Smoking and parties are not permitted. The property emphasizes sustainability, with energy- and water-saving features.
Sustainable materials were used for insulation.

Zu kleines Bad für 8 Leute. In der Küche nur 4 Stühle. Die zusätzliche Toilette ohne Türe ist unmöglich.
