New modern apartment right near the beach

- The communication with the host was great, so welcoming and friendly!
- Proximity to the beach and to smaller towns/Monte Argentario
- large sheltered terrace with lovely breeze
- simple kitchen but with almost everything you need
- AC in all indoor areas
- very comfortable beds and even a baby bed was provided
A very small minus: Sometimes the water from the showers was too hot for a long while even on the coldest setting, but this is likely due to the water tank retaining heat over the course of the day (we were there during a hot summer week), not sure if this is something that can be avoided during hotter days

We loved the apartment! It was clean and a the property is beautiful. Easy to get to towns close by. We would love to come stay again!
