Parking is available on the property and on the street.
Events are not allowed, smoking inside the house is prohibited, and you should avoid entering the house while wet.
The beach and the mouth of the Minho River are just 2 km away, with 30 km of coastline up to Viana do Castelo, ideal for water sports enthusiasts.
You can explore the riverside area of Seixas, Vila Nova de Cerveira, Valença, Caminha, and Viana do Castelo.

General cleaning, including bed linen and towels, takes place on Saturdays, with a towel change on Wednesdays.
