Die Wohnung hat eine gute Anbindung durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof Singen-Landesgartenschau. Die Wohnung selbst ist sauber, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und ohne Makel. Die kleine Küchenzeile ist vollumfänglich ausgestattet.
Die Herdplatte ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, funktioniert aber einwandfrei.
Ein sehr angenehmer Urlaub im Ferienhaus gewesen.
