De indeling van het huis (zes slaapkamers, voldoende badkamers, keuken, eetkamer, zitkamer) en de grote tuin achter het huis. Veel leuke plekken om te bezoeken in de omgeving (ook of juist in de kerstvakantie!).
Keukeninrichting had iets royaler gemogen (geen waterkoker, broodmes, wijnglazen).
