The Gallery Apartment with Lake View is idyllically located in Absberg on Lake Brombach, offering beautiful lake views.
This two-story accommodation features a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom—ideal for up to 2 guests. Amenities include fast Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) and a washing machine.
The private balcony invites you to relax.
A parking space is available directly at the house.
The apartment is close to the beach and well connected to public transport. Please note: The apartment is located directly on Grießbuck street, which may cause traffic noise during the day. As a classic gallery apartment, it has characteristic sloped ceilings and lower ceiling areas—making it less suitable for very tall guests.
The apartment is on the 2nd floor; the gallery is accessed via another steep internal staircase.
Therefore, the accommodation is not suitable for children, elderly, or guests with limited mobility. A tourist tax (local tourism fee) and a security deposit apply for an extra charge for all stays. House rules: Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.
Please leave the apartment in good order and separate your waste. The property features energy-saving lighting.

Das Bett weiter nach vorne, dann ist genügend Platz für zwei Personen nebeneinander, hinten eventuell ein Regal einbauen.

Die Wohnung war ok, allerdings gab es Kleinigkeiten, die nicht passten:- zu wenige Töpfe und Pfannen- Bett unter dem Dach ist ohne Lattenrost- kein Duschvorhang- sehr hellhörig und direkt an der Straße-
