The holiday apartment Ferienwohnung Auszeit in Calw is the perfect accommodation for a stress-free holiday with your loved ones.
The 55 m² property consists of a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people.
Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a smart TV with streaming services as well as a washing machine.
Our Heumaden district in the beautiful Black Forest offers various shopping facilities for everyday needs.
Bakers, butchers and a grocery store are within walking distance - The young, elevated settlement borders on the B295, which enables quick access to the which enables fast connections.
In addition to our bus and train lines in various directions, the Hermann-Hesse-Bahn will be in operation from 2025, leading from Calw to Renningen and thus opening up further connections.
Our cozy vacation apartment "Auszeit" (51.61 m²) is located in the bright basement of our private house in the eastern district of Heumaden in the Hermann Hesse town of Calw - The apartment was completely renovated and lovingly furnished in March 2024 - It consists of a living and dining room (15.83 m²), a bedroom (13.45 m²), a bathroom (4.86 m²), a kitchen (4.50 m²) and a cloakroom/hallway (3.25 m²) A separate children's bedroom (9.72 m²) with pull-out bed and closet is located right next door - The living and dining room is equipped with a cozy dining area, a sofa bed and a flatscreen TV incl.
Skye - The bedroom consists of a comfortable double bed, a spacious wall wardrobe and a standing mirror - The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet, washing machine, heated towel rail, clothes horse and hairdryer - The kitchen has an induction hob with oven, a dishwasher, a fridge and freezer fridge-freezer, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and radio.
All kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery are cutlery are available - A "smokers' lounge" is located next to the front door - Towels and bed linen are provided - The final cleaning is included
